Equinox in Bangkok

As i left Thailand, I also completed a new cycle from Spring to Fall and embraced all the lessons and experiences learned during this time again.

I never planned to travel this year, things just unfold and I followed my heart, knowing that I am rooted in unconditional trust and each steps is leading me to the right direction (even if sometimes I forget where I am going).

Thailand was extraordinarily giving me the Love to embrace my courage, and not being manipulated by the outside. But I went there with a lot of humbleness, I asked permission to come when I first enter to this open temple. I showered the Spirit with healing fire, kindness, flowers, encens and splashed water all over, to bless the land.

Thailand was the time of being naked. Naked in and out. Seeing everything without a mask, unveiling the reality to repair deep, what has been damaged. Also experiencing life naked with others without judgments, without desires, without our clothes at all. Just to feel liberated from all those layers and tags we received since Birth and beyond.

I do not longer travel to take cute pictures of wellknown places or consume everything i can along the way. I don’t even feel attracted by any expensive hotels and hipsters restaurants. For those, who follow my journey, you know that I am supporting sustainable living and local community so I prefer the simple family Guesthouse without the pool but 5min walk nearby the wild beach and I cook most of the time during my holidays. Buying from locals shops only and staying away from mass tourist resorts and crowded places.

Instead, I would love encouraging people to go traveling to discover themselves as the old pilgrims was doing to open their heart and find Faith, Wisdom and Integrity to live free in this beautiful world. I would love to inspire others to have the courage to jump to the unknown and out of your comfort zone to embrace existence and feel that when you take care of yourself, life opens you to the stairways of Heaven wherever you choose to go. No matter how high is the mountain you will choose to climb or how far you will bring yourself, the intention you will set to this journey will embark you where you need to be to become your best.

I would love to inspire you to let go of your fears and to believe in yourself because the world will be more beautiful with your heart opened.

For my last night in Bangkok, I spent the day with friends from Koh Panghan. We went to the big market and I took them to a temple to full fill one of my deepest desire to share my moon ritual with others, and expand my wisdom. That was truly special, we found the temple closed from every side of the road, we started to walk back to our Guesthouse very disappointed but suddenly another corner of the wall shows us a way to get in, and we finally entered into this wonderful empty white temple. As we walked in, more doors was locked so we climbed up to the Stupa where the monks placed the idol of Buddha at the top, that was the only door unlocked for us to join in and we prayed together holding our hands to always stay in Truth.

I prepared an intention to break to our old patterns as it was Full Moon in Fall Equinox, the day of harvesting the ripest fruits from the summer season and cut the old.

My intention was to request energetic help to sever the cords with anything and anyone that blocks the flow of blessing for us and others. We chanted, we hugged, we smiled and we felt the magic descending from the sky to where we was that our message has been heard.

Then we left our magical Thailand for Paris or Tel Aviv. I said goodby to them with my eyes but not with my heart.

Don’t wait for magic, just create it and spread it !

An Ayurvedic step into action

Since my goodbye to Portugal, many things has happened and I am back in India again (it is my 3d visit this year). I am finally at the right place, and it seems that my efforts are paying off. I am at an Ayurvedic village in Kerala. Compare to other retreats where i have been, finally here i have freedom to do my own technics, combining with the ayurveda yoga program that i am also learning.

Made it to Portugal, teaching yoga for surfers

My footprints has stopped in the Himalayas to move all the way to Portugal. My Family’s land – My Father’s roots.

It is funny how much things are going your way, when you live according to your purpose and also when you carry JOY within. Nothing can remove the best of you when you own it !! This let you achieve what you seek and you can walk in the journey in the arms of PEACE.

Between Rishikesh and Tungnath

The way to Chopta follows an impressive never-ending narrow road in very bad condition. We took a public old bus and the bumpy route was scary. Few stretches are very vulnerable to landslides and many rocks are still on the way. The view is beautiful and the altitude is about 2500m all the way, where the bus slips between cliffs with peak and the view at the bottom of the torrent from the tumultuous river. The river bed shows that the water invade sometimes the villages at the boarder of Ganga due to cloud burst. The slopes are rough and I sitted in the bus, emptying myself of gallons of sweat just by the overview from the window going up and down in the valley. The road takes 12/14 hours and we stayed overnight in Rudraprayag, a little town on the way to Chopta in Uttarakhand to relax before the trek, the day after.

Rishikesh transforms into Rishi-Cash

img_8814

India extends his influence in a soft way and adopts a strategy with the yoga business and launched the International Yoga Day on June 21th.

Rishikesh, the worldly famous city of yoga is a hub for the global yoga market, and famous people like Sri Sri Ravi Shankar that I had the pleasure to meet by Laxman Jhula bridge, are here to support the business campaign.

Yoga en Inde, l’enseignement sacrée.

lakshmi
