Growing up in a little town in the countryside of France (Normandie), then moved to Paris at the age of 19 to study business and stayed almost 9 years in the city of Love. I worked in the Fashion industry and get the chance to travel a lot during fashion weeks and experienced to live abroad. In parallel, I spent hours working on creative projects as paintings, illustrations, photography, writing.

In my early 25, I met a woman ‘beautiful soul’ who influenced me a lot into health, outdoor sport, naturopathy, acupuncture… I received so much knowledge from her and I start to develop a passion for it. In the pursuit of that, when i left my job and saved some money, i bought a one-way ticket to India and then stayed in South-Asia where i received practical training about Yoga, Ayurveda, Energy healing and was discovering more about holistic medicine.

Influenced by my teachers, peers, environment and my travels… I felt unstoppable and this gap year changed my life.

In 2013, i did my RYT-200 in India, in an Ashtanga yoga school in Patnem. After a trip to Nepal and a long trek in the Himalayan Annapurna mountains, the same year, i moved to Thailand where i attended in Wat Phrathat Doi Suthep Monastery my first Vipassana course – the 21 days of silent meditation, following by Reiki energy healing L1 and L2.  I stayed then 6 months in Koh Phi Phi Island teaching yoga in a beautiful beach. But i was looking for something different and i got a job offer in Hong Kong and moved there 2 years working in Interior Design and Fashion – in between projects the proximity from HK to the rest of Asia, was a fantastic opportunity for me to travel all around, in search of workshops to learn more how to live well and be well.

I stayed under the guidance of certified Ashtanga teachers of KP Jois as Prem Carlisi, Damien de Bastier, BNS Iyengar from 2015 till now. Completed an Ayurvedic course with Deepak Chopra, M.D., F.A.C.P in his foundation of Ayurveda and also with Dr Ramesh Kumar from the University of Ayurveda in Mysore – India. Completed a Dietary Course called ‘Food is your best medecine’ with the Dr. Veronica Waks M.D., N.D. which is about planning a food plan who works the best with different type of people. And various workshops across Asia and Europe.

« My experiences make me understand that the key component for health and wellness is traveling into a healing environment, as it is an extraordinary step into the process of self-discovering and how to transform our life with new habits and then sustain this lifestyle for our own health ».

Now recently located in Bali – having my clothes and jewellery sustainable brand and organizing retreat for like-minded people.I would like to share my knowledge and expertise to organize wellness travel in green living houses, with my support and help in coaching and selection of holistic program.

Un avis sur “ABOUT ME
