Equinox in Bangkok

As i left Thailand, I also completed a new cycle from Spring to Fall and embraced all the lessons and experiences learned during this time again.

I never planned to travel this year, things just unfold and I followed my heart, knowing that I am rooted in unconditional trust and each steps is leading me to the right direction (even if sometimes I forget where I am going).

Thailand was extraordinarily giving me the Love to embrace my courage, and not being manipulated by the outside. But I went there with a lot of humbleness, I asked permission to come when I first enter to this open temple. I showered the Spirit with healing fire, kindness, flowers, encens and splashed water all over, to bless the land.

Thailand was the time of being naked. Naked in and out. Seeing everything without a mask, unveiling the reality to repair deep, what has been damaged. Also experiencing life naked with others without judgments, without desires, without our clothes at all. Just to feel liberated from all those layers and tags we received since Birth and beyond.

I do not longer travel to take cute pictures of wellknown places or consume everything i can along the way. I don’t even feel attracted by any expensive hotels and hipsters restaurants. For those, who follow my journey, you know that I am supporting sustainable living and local community so I prefer the simple family Guesthouse without the pool but 5min walk nearby the wild beach and I cook most of the time during my holidays. Buying from locals shops only and staying away from mass tourist resorts and crowded places.

Instead, I would love encouraging people to go traveling to discover themselves as the old pilgrims was doing to open their heart and find Faith, Wisdom and Integrity to live free in this beautiful world. I would love to inspire others to have the courage to jump to the unknown and out of your comfort zone to embrace existence and feel that when you take care of yourself, life opens you to the stairways of Heaven wherever you choose to go. No matter how high is the mountain you will choose to climb or how far you will bring yourself, the intention you will set to this journey will embark you where you need to be to become your best.

I would love to inspire you to let go of your fears and to believe in yourself because the world will be more beautiful with your heart opened.

For my last night in Bangkok, I spent the day with friends from Koh Panghan. We went to the big market and I took them to a temple to full fill one of my deepest desire to share my moon ritual with others, and expand my wisdom. That was truly special, we found the temple closed from every side of the road, we started to walk back to our Guesthouse very disappointed but suddenly another corner of the wall shows us a way to get in, and we finally entered into this wonderful empty white temple. As we walked in, more doors was locked so we climbed up to the Stupa where the monks placed the idol of Buddha at the top, that was the only door unlocked for us to join in and we prayed together holding our hands to always stay in Truth.

I prepared an intention to break to our old patterns as it was Full Moon in Fall Equinox, the day of harvesting the ripest fruits from the summer season and cut the old.

My intention was to request energetic help to sever the cords with anything and anyone that blocks the flow of blessing for us and others. We chanted, we hugged, we smiled and we felt the magic descending from the sky to where we was that our message has been heard.

Then we left our magical Thailand for Paris or Tel Aviv. I said goodby to them with my eyes but not with my heart.

Don’t wait for magic, just create it and spread it !

Grow and Glow!

Lives between Europe and exotic places, here is my story: I worked as a fashion Buyer for 10 years in Paris and get the chance to travel a lot during fashion weeks and experienced to live abroad. At 30 I changed my life and relocated in Hong Kong, where in parallel of my work I was studying Yoga and Ayurveda from short trips to Bali. Influenced by my teachers, peers, environment and my travels… I felt unstoppable and this year gap changed my life. First, I attended in Wat Phrathat Doi Suthep Monastery my first Vipassana course – the 21 days of silent meditation in 2013. I did an Ashtanga 200-YTT in India in 2013, I stayed under the guidance of certified Ashtanga teachers of KP Jois as Prem Carlisi, Damien de Bastier, BNS Iyengar till now. Completed an Ayurvedic course with Deepak Chopra, M.D., F.A.C.P in his foundation of Ayurveda and also with Dr Ramesh Kumar from the University of Ayurveda in Mysore – India. Completed a Dietary Course called ‘Food is your best medecine’ with the Dr. Veronica Waks M.D., N.D. which is about planning a food plan who works the best with different type of people. More recently in 2018, she stayed under the guidance of well known Ayurvedic author Janesh Vaidya in his center in Kerala to be trained as a Yoga Therapist and integrating Yoga-Ayurvedic program that she is able to teach now. « My experiences make me understand that the key component for health and wellness is traveling into a healing environment, as it is an extraordinary step into the process of self-discovering and how to transform our life with new habits and then sustain this lifestyle for our own health ».  That’s why I choose to use my yoga retreats to guide others for self-discovery and adopting a spiritual practice into their life “Sadhana” and all tools that has benefited me.
