I accepted to do a 30 Days Juice Challenge home made with organic fresh fruits and veggies. Here is some of a new recipe I elaborated today instead of following the listing.
I have mulberries growing in my garden and I added to the Day 1 Inflammation Buster recipe. Anything I can grow myself I am just using it 🙂
F R O M F R E S H T O J U I C E D
R e c i p e
• 2 apples, cores removed
• ½ cucumber
• 2 celery ribs
• 5 basil leaves
• Fresh mulberries
• 1 Tbsp nuts, seeds, superfoods and/or plant powders
I used Moringa powder for proteins, and bee pollen.
Because I bought it fresh from a local store.
Basil is one of a good ingredient for inflammation reducing herbs. It contains a compound called (E) – beta – caryophyllene or EBC which has been shown to help reduce the symptoms of arthritis and inflammatory bowel disease.
For Pitta type is good – fire is reduced by the cooling effect of basil, same with cucumber, apple.
I replaced one smoothie instead of a meal and see if my energy is boost.
