Success equation could eventually looks like this title, we are always seeking for a result when we are putting effort and intention to our actions, right ? Is it not natural to receive something we deserve because we think we are doing the right thing ?

Maybe in some sort of fairy tale. But ‘desire’ will not lead you anywhere.

Thinking to reach success without pain ? Is it possible ?

Riding on a tiger of success. Welcome it, enjoy it and share your joy with others, that’s what we are all dreaming about. It’s good to remember that all bright parades have a beginning and an end. So reaching success without tons of failures before can feel nice but better to not hold on too much to this abundant moment, life is impermanent. Natural laws are subject to movements. Like waves.

If you keep this in mind, and squeeze every drop of juice out of the happiness you are experiencing now, you will be able to take the future as it comes without regrets. The greatest wisdom to keep in mind with all the phenomena in the parade of your life, whether they be valleys or peaks, have to be passed.

Like this tiger in the picture, the tiger can walk far and passes dangerous zone. So Yes, it feels good to ride on a tiger.

Today in Bali, Hindu are celebrating Galungan – the victory of Dharma over adharma. Or to simplify, the victory of goodness against evil. During this period the followers of the Balinese Hindu Dharma religion focus on the importance of living a life based on dharma. Ancestors come down to earth to tempt mankind adharma. Our inner struggle between the good and the bad and our purpose to deal with it. Hindu are using ceremonies and lot of images, rituals to express it – but at the end – that the same story of this title. Success with yourself is when you can walk in the path through peaks and valleys, and don’t let the big emotions lead you to do whatever.

Watch the oceans, watch the waves. The higher the wave goes, the deeper is the wake that follows it. One moment you are the wave, another moment you are the hollow wake that follows. Key is to enjoy both – and don’t get addicted to one. Not saying ‘I would always like to be on the peak’. It is not possible. It’s not in the nature of things.

Then what to do ?

Enjoy the peak while it lasts and then enjoy the valley when it comes. Also don’t wait to live only at the peak to be yourself, and express yourself. Find inspiration in every moment and keep being even in the dark. What is wrong with the valley, what is wrong to feel stress ? Embrace it too, that’s only a symptom that things has to be changed. Takes time to relaxation, meditation, accept to be low. At the end, a peak is just an excitement, and nobody can continuously be in an excitement.

Lives between Europe and exotic places, here is my story: I worked as a fashion Buyer for 10 years in Paris and get the chance to travel a lot during fashion weeks and experienced to live abroad. At 30 I changed my life and relocated in Hong Kong, where in parallel of my work I was studying Yoga and Ayurveda from short trips to Bali. Influenced by my teachers, peers, environment and my travels… I felt unstoppable and this year gap changed my life. First, I attended in Wat Phrathat Doi Suthep Monastery my first Vipassana course – the 21 days of silent meditation in 2013. I did an Ashtanga 200-YTT in India in 2013, I stayed under the guidance of certified Ashtanga teachers of KP Jois as Prem Carlisi, Damien de Bastier, BNS Iyengar till now. Completed an Ayurvedic course with Deepak Chopra, M.D., F.A.C.P in his foundation of Ayurveda and also with Dr Ramesh Kumar from the University of Ayurveda in Mysore – India. Completed a Dietary Course called ‘Food is your best medecine’ with the Dr. Veronica Waks M.D., N.D. which is about planning a food plan who works the best with different type of people. More recently in 2018, she stayed under the guidance of well known Ayurvedic author Janesh Vaidya in his center in Kerala to be trained as a Yoga Therapist and integrating Yoga-Ayurvedic program that she is able to teach now. « My experiences make me understand that the key component for health and wellness is traveling into a healing environment, as it is an extraordinary step into the process of self-discovering and how to transform our life with new habits and then sustain this lifestyle for our own health ».  That’s why I choose to use my yoga retreats to guide others for self-discovery and adopting a spiritual practice into their life “Sadhana” and all tools that has benefited me.
